      At this time, when a ticket is created in Slack via Chat, the reporter is sometimes set to Atlassian Assist which makes it hard for the customer to determine who raised the request. 

      This requires the customer to reach out to support and ask for the Slack ID for the person that actioned the ticket creation. Support does not have a way to identify the Slack User ID without passing it back to the customer and asking for the name of the user. 

      It would help customers and support if there were a way for customers to see both the Slack ID and the name, email, or Atlassian ID of the person that initiated the ticket creation.
