Currently, there is a limit of 49 ( as 50 apparently is enough to break it) projects that can be connected with Jira Assist on Slack.

There is no warning and the admin can go over that limit by connecting more projects. However, as a result, users will be unable to raise issues using Assist and will receive random errors:

      "Uh oh, something went wrong.

Share this error ID with support: xxxxxxxxxxxx"

This happens because, internally, Jira makes some calls and one of them generates a 400: Bad Request

      ApiError: Bad Request

      Workaround

There is no workaround for this. For now, the admin needs to have at most 50 connected projects.

[JSDCLOUD-15457] Allow more than 50 projects to be connected with Jira Assist on Slack
