Need Audit logs on who enabled the Virtual agent

      Issue Summary

      Currently customer have no visibility on who enabled VA on a project or even who created the intent. This causes a confusion while tracking who created/modified the settings.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
