Assist still sends slack notification to users for tickets created via portal, even when the setting is disabled.

      At the moment you have na option to disable the notifications to the requesters under the chat settings.
      That means that when an user creates a ticket via request channel, they will not be mentioned.
      However, if an user creates a ticket via portal, using a request type connected in any Agent Channel, the bot will still mention the user.

      It would be nice to have an option to disable those notifications as well.
