JSM Standard license hide "Lookup Objects" action in rule builder

      Problem Definition

      When a customer attempts to build an automation rule and selects the "Lookup object" action, a 403 message is displayed. This causes confusion on the customer's side and leads to a support issue being raised. 

      Suggested Solution

      Hide the "lookup object" action from automation when customer is on Jira service management standard license.

      Workaround

      Upgrade to premium trial or full premium license.
