Provide simplified experience for submission of tickets via Slack DM with Assist

      Previous Halp behavior allowed users to easily submit requests within Slack DM quickly, only requiring the selection of a request type if multiple were configured then fill out any required fields. 

      Post-scope reduction for Assist/JSM Chat following Halp's EOL, more actions are needed by helpseekers to submit issues via DM. If multiple are configured, users have to select a site > team (project) > request type > fill out required fields. 

      The ask of this FR is for the development team to explore methods to simplify this submission method for private requests via DM to reduce the amount of selections needed prior to submission with the current scope for bot permissions in mind if possible.
