      Issue Summary: 

      Chat functionality do not work without the Organization.Read.All permission. More clarity needs to be provided to the customers in regards to the permissions.

      Suggestion: 

      There should be more clarity provided on what all permissions required for the chat functionality to work flawlessly and more details should be available.
