Ability to remove the Reporter field in Slack during ticket creation for JSM Chat/Assist

      Summary

      When a ticket is created in Slack, the Reporter field is required and there is no way to remove this field currently. Additionally, Shared Request Channel users are able to search for other Shared Request Channel users in other workspaces which is not ideal to keep a user's privacy. 

      It would be helpful to have the ability to restrict the Reporter field search to the user's own Slack workspace, or have the ability to remove the Reporter field altogether upon ticket creation in Slack.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
