      Issue Summary

      Request type value for conditional for rule created within Project Settings does not return Hidden from portal request types

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a rule from Project Settings > Automation
      2. Add a issue field conditional and select the field Request type
      3. Type in the name of a request type which is hidden from portal (i.e. Emailed Request)

      Expected Results

      The request type should show

      Actual Results

      The request type does not show

      Workaround

      Create the rule from the global automation under Settings > system > global automation
