Issue Summary
There can be a situation where a customer's Jira site hasn't got Virtual Agent set up for any of their projects but the "chat with a virtual agent" button link still displays on the portal, directing the user to a not-found page in the portal when it is clicked on.
This is reproducible on Data Center: (not-tested)
Steps to Reproduce
- Have an Atlassian site with JSM projects that do not have VA enabled or set up
- Go to the help center portal for the site and enter a search term from the homepage. The "chat with a virtual agent" button link display.
- Click on the "chat with a virtual agent" button link
Expected Results
The "chat with a virtual agent" button link should not be displayed on the portal for the user to select.
Actual Results
The "chat with a virtual agent" button link is displayed on the portal for the user to select and when selected, the user is presented with a not-found page.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
