When a customer site does not have VA enabled or set up, the "chat with a virtual agent" button link still displays on the portal

      Issue Summary

      There can be a situation where a customer's Jira site hasn't got Virtual Agent set up for any of their projects but the "chat with a virtual agent" button link still displays on the portal, directing the user to a not-found page in the portal when it is clicked on.

      This is reproducible on Data Center: (not-tested)

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Have an Atlassian site with JSM projects that do not have VA enabled or set up
      2. Go to the help center portal for the site and enter a search term from the homepage. The "chat with a virtual agent" button link display.
      3. Click on the "chat with a virtual agent" button link

      Expected Results

      The "chat with a virtual agent" button link should not be displayed on the portal for the user to select.

      Actual Results

      The "chat with a virtual agent" button link is displayed on the portal for the user to select and when selected, the user is presented with a not-found page.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
