      Issue Summary

In JSM projects there's the ability to make knowledge base articles available to customers. However, if the article has headings within it, copying the heading anchor link will actually copy the URL to the Confluence space where the article is located.

This is a problem for customer accounts who don't have internal access to Confluence as they were going to be prompted to log in to the Confluence space where they don't have access, preventing them from seeing the information.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an article that contains a heading within it.
      2. Search the article within the Customer Portal
      3. Copy the anchor link of one of the article's headings.
      4. Paste the link on a different page.

      Expected Results

The anchor link successfully redirects to the article's heading within the portal. For example:

      https://<instanceName>.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/<portal-ID>/article/<articleID/Name>#Anchor-link

      Actual Results

The anchor link redirects to the Confluence space where the article lives. For example:

      https://<instanceName>.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/<SpaceKey>/pages/<articleId>/<articleID/Name>#Anchor-link

      Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
