Issue Summary

When a comment is made through a transition screen by copying an attachment, the attachment preview is not loaded.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a screen with the attachment field to a transition.
2. Use this transition. This will bring up the screen.
3. Copy/paste an attachment and transition the issue.

Expected Results

The comment should have a preview of the attachment.

Actual Results

The comment shows 'Preview unavailable'.

Workaround

A page refresh after a couple of seconds loads the attachment preview.
