      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Currently only the request type icon is displayed in the list of requests (No tooltip while hovering over the icon as well). Neither the detail request form exposes the request type.
