Forms: Bring back the old UI or an option to select between rich view (old UI) and simplify view (new UI)

      The new Jira Forms UI changes some aspects of the forms' appearance, both from the agent's and the customer's perspective.
      With a simplified view of the form, only the answers for each form field will appear. For example, the checkbox field will only show the selected options without the box layout, just the response in plain text format, as we can see in the screenshots below:

      With this in mind, it would be interesting to have an option in the project settings to select between rich view (old UI) and simplified view (new UI) in Forms.

            This is Carlie from the JSM team.  We have now rolled out the UI which supports seeing all the checkboxes in a submitted form.
