Issue Summary
Inviting a Portal-only account and changing its full name causes the user not to be searchable in customer fields by the email address
Steps to Reproduce
1 - Invite a Portal-only account to the JSM project
2 - Change its full name in
3 - After that, it's still possible to search for the account in the customer field (such as the Reporter field) by the name AND email address:
4 - Wait about 5min and it'll not be possible to search the account for the email address anymore, only by the name:
Expected Results
To be able to search for the Portal-only account using the email address or name.
Actual Results
The Portal-only is only searchable by the name.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
