Description

Usecase:
When there is a service failure (whatever a service is) a lot of (sometimes up to hundreds) of users create a request that the particular service does not work.
This results in big amount of tickets which all have the same cause.
Problem:
There is no easy (bulk changing, linking via the link-search dialog is just to much clicks) way to
a) hide all these tickets
b) link all these tickets
c) process all these tickets
Expected feature:
In the queue view there is a possibility to
- easily link all those tickets together
- hide linked tickets (and present only one representative ticket)
- process the "master" ticket and affect all the linked tickets
Suggestion:
The queue view shall allow to
- select multiple tickets via checkboxin, drag and drop, whatever
- execution of "bundle tickets" creates a new "master" ticket with all the selected tickets linked to the master ticket
- ability to hide all tickets linked in that way in the specific queue
- ability to execute actions on the master ticket which are reflected on the linked tickets ((at least) status transitions etc.)
