Problem

For Portal Accounts ; when we select "Automatically Detect Browser settings " under Language in a user's profile; after we do a refresh on the page, the Language Shown is changed to English automatically even when the browser language is different(in this example, Polish)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a portal-customer account.
2. Set the browser language as Polish.
3. Set the language for user profile in customer portal as "Automatically Detect Browser settings". Click Save.
4. Refresh the page

Expected Results

The language should be picked up as Polish as that is the browser language

Actual Results

The language is automatically changed to English even though the browser language is different. 

Workaround

At the moment, set the language explicitly that you would like to use. For example, in this case, select language as "Polish" explicitly in the user's profile
