      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      As a JIRA Service Desk user, it would be good to be able to share/watch a request directly through the portal, instead of having to navigate to the issue.
