Description
Issue Summary
If a user is a has the Administrator role within a team-managed project but does not have the global Administer Jira permission, they receive an error on the Customer Notifications page.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a team-managed Jira Service Management project (JSM)
- Add a user that has a JSM license but is not a site administrator nor do they have the global Administer Jira permission
- Navigate to Service project settings > Customer notifications
Expected Results
The page loads without errors.
Actual Results
Users see the following error:
Workaround
While not ideal, granting this user Administer Jira permissions via Settings > System > Global permissions will allow them to interact with the page.
Side note
The documentation found at Edit a team-managed customer notification mentions You must be an admin to edit a customer notification however I do not believe this refers to global Jira Admin.
