Description
Issue Summary
Removing People from project settings when they had the role 'Service Desk Customers' selected. They are still listed as a customer in the customers list of the project.
Steps to Prepare
- Ensure you have a separate user account setup in users
- Customer Permissions in project settings should be set to 'Anyone on the web (without logging in)'
Steps to Reproduce
- In a Service Management Project go to Project Settings > People.
- Select Add People.
- Select a User and add them to 'Service Desk Customers' Role. (Note: Validate use is listed in customers list in the service management project.)
- Go to Project settings > People.
- Select User that was added > 'Remove'.
Expected Results
When an agent is removed from people in project settings, if 1 of their roles was set to Service Desk Customers. Then removing them should also remove them from the customer list.
Actual Results
When an agent is removed from people in project settings, if 1 of their roles was set to Service Desk Customers. Then removing them does not remove them from the customer list.
Also customer account is not listed under Portal Customers in site administration console. There are no issues raised either with the customer listed as a reporter or request participant.
Workaround
One can set the 'Customers permissions in Service Project Access to 'Customers added by agents and admins' However if an organization wants to allow anyone on the web access, then this will leave the user account still listed in the customers list.
