Forms: Allow rich text (including links) in the field descriptions

      When building a form in JSM (Project Settings > Forms) it would be great if rich text could be used in the field descriptions and hints, so that links and bold text could be included.

            This would be extremely helpful for us.  We have teams that would like to provide a template as a default value for the description field with questions for users to fill out and having this option I could be a single dynamic form instead of thing to hack around that with custom fields and automation rules to "fake" having the template value available.
