Issue Summary
Single backslash in customer notifications wrongly escaped
Steps to Reproduce
- Add a comment to a ticket which included a single backslash
- view the received ticket
Expected Results
Single backslash should be shown as a single backslash
Actual Results
the backslash duplicates if there is a upper case char in front of it, and it shows as a line break if not.
Workaround
Use code formatting for the string that includes the backslash
