      Update 9 January 2023

      The rollout of this feature is in progress and should be completed by 16 January (excluding Enterprise Release Tracks).

      To access insight/asset fields in a form, add the asset field to the form and then link it to an existing asset custom field.

      Allow Insight/Assets fields to be inserted and used within forms

            Its been a couple months and I don't see any Information regarding Josh's question about the Enterprise Release Track for the Insight/Asset field capability in ProForma/Forms within JSM DataCenter?

            Can we get any information regarding this?

            Hello
             sorry to jump in, but am i missing something?

             

            i have added the field in the form, checked in preview and works great
            But then when i save and go back to the issue, add the formand check the drop down doesn't return anything.

            Ok so this feature allows us to link a form field to a Jira assets custom field.
            I hoped to be able to specify the AQL in the form configuration without having to link it to a Jira custom field.

            If we we want another subset of values in different sections of the from to have a dynamic form we need to create a Jira custom field for each one. This makes the convenience of using forms less interesting.
