Rectify Incorrect Information in Export data from Insight Discovery to Insight Cloud page

    Description

      Some incorrect contents found in the Export data from Insight Discovery to Insight Cloud page:

      • Under the Configure Insight Discovery section:
        • Step 4. Insight Discovery will generate a data file containing detailed information about your network and the devices in it. That file will appear in the ‘Import Scan' folder.
      • Under the Configure Insight for Jira Service Management section:
        • Step 6. In the ‘Create Insight structure or Import configuration?’ screen, select Close. Because the import connection will automatically create a structure and configuration for the data it receives from Insight Discovery, you can simply exit this screen.
        • The above steps may not work all the time. In case it fails, the user may still need to create both structure and configuration first before proceeding.
