Description
This only affects OnDemand, if Service Desk has not been migrated to 2.0 (Agent Based Pricing).
In a Service Desk project any comment made by an Agent will Auto transition the issue to 'Waiting For Customer'. This also happens in the normal JIRA view, previously this was not the case.
This does not affect Service Desk 2.0 as the tabs will indicate when a transition will happen.
workaround
Upgrade to Service Desk 2.0, which will include Agent Based Pricing. See this Article how to perform this in OnDemand
