      Summary

When you run a JQL filter in the Service Desk queue and add other projects (e.g project = ProjA or project = ProjB), it returns a list of issues from both projects, but when you save it, it just filter the issues from the Service Desk project that you are in.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to the Service Desk Queues page
      2. Use a JQL filter to show issues from more than 1 Service Desk project, as the following image:

      Expected Results

The JQL query was only suppose to show projects from the Service Desk that the user is currently in

      Actual Results

Following the Steps to reproduce, you will able to see issues from other Service Desk projects.

      Workaround

No workaround needed as when you save the filter, it’s only returning the issues from the Service Desk project that you are in.
