    Description

      Many times when working on some issues we create a variety of subtasks. SOmetimes those sub tasks turn out to be pretty huge assignments and we would like to promote them to be a full Issue separate from it;s initial parent, but it does not seem possible. We would like the ability change a sub-task to a regular issue.
