Often an issue represents a high-level view of an issue, and subtasks are low-level implementation details.

Consequently the sub-tasks are not of much interest on the Release Notes reports,
especially for target audience like management, CEOs, Investors etc.

Please add an additional option or style to the Configure Release Notes dialog to exclude them.
