Steps to reproduce:

• Create an issue
• Create a sub-task (using the "Create Sub-Task" link on the left menu)
• Go back to the parent bug
• From the Sub-Task list, use the "New" shortcut entry to create a new sub-task

Result:

• On the new Sub-Task creation detail screen, note that custom field default values are not correctly set.

Expected result:

• Custom field default values should be set, as they are when you create a sub-task from the left menu.
