Issue Summary

When moving issue between projects, individual comment links no longer work. Jira will redirect to the new issue URL and swallow the part with query parameters.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Comment in a ticket.
2. Capture permalink for a comment and confirm it takes you to the comment directly.
3. Move the issue to a new project
4. Try using the previous URL. A issue page will open, but it will not point to a comment anymore.

Expected Results

Comment is opened via a direct link.

Actual Results

Issue page is opened but not the comment.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
