At my company, we have a use case where we want to be able to restrict Request Types and KB articles to specific customers only. We are using JSM (Cloud). I know you can restrict Request Types and Confluence pages by users or groups only, but our JSM administrators cannot create groups and add users to groups.
USE CASE
- As a JSM Administrator who does not have access to the Jira Admin Portal needs the ability to add organizations to groups. This would enable us to manage who can access the things we want to restrict without having to create an IT ticket every time.
- We need to add portal users and organizations to groups
- Or make it to where Organizations can be used to restrict access to Request Types and KB pages.
