Sidebar: Landmark used unnecessarily

      Issue Summary

      The <footer> element is used unnecessarily.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open the "Project" page.
      2. Navigate to the "Sidebar".
      3. Navigate to the "Add shortcut" button and activate it.
      4. A non-modal dialog appears on the page.
      5. Add any shortcut.
      6. Navigate to the "Filter" button and activate it.
      7. Navigate to the "Edit" interactive element and activate it.
      8. A modal dialog appears on the page.
      9. Inspect the code.
      10. Observe that the <footer> element is defined unnecessarily.

      Actual Results

      The <footer> element is defined for the buttons such as "Save" and "Cancel" unnecessarily. As a result, screen reader users might get confused.

      Expected Results

      There should not be the unnecessary <footer> element.
      Remove <footer> element from the source code of the mentioned element.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
