Issue Summary

When accessing some pages, a glitch/blink (a white blinking page before going to dark mode) is seen.

• The affected pages: Dashboard page: /secure/Dashboard.jspa
• Current search: /browse/?jql=
• Search for issues: /browse/<issue>/?jql=
• Displaying issue: /browse/<issue>
• Plan view: /secure/PortfolioPlanView.jspa
• Project settings > Automation Admin > systemm > Automation (and several other admin pages)

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) 

Steps to Reproduce

1. With Jira 10.x go to profile > theme and change to dark
2. Go to the indicated pages.

Expected Results

A smooth page transition.

Actual Results

An unexpected blink happens. 

Workaround

Use light/original theme.
