Steps to Reproduce

• Add comments to a Jira issue and pin comments.

• Now unpin both comments from the "Pinned comments" section.

• Now, when you change the sorting to "Newest first," you will notice that both comments display an option to unpin, despite already being unpinned.

Expected Results

Comments which are already unpinned should not display the option to unpin again while sorting the comments.

Actual Results

Unpin the comments and then sort them to display the newest comments first. You will observe that even though the comments have been unpinned, the option to unpin them is still visible.

Workaround

Refresh the page or navigate to a different tab within the activity, such as history. Upon returning to the comment section, you will observe that the option to unpin a comment disappears.
