      Possibly related to JRA-7596, but a new upgrade/install of JIRA 3.3 doesn't seem to layout properly in Firefox. Strangely, jira.atlassian.com is laying out appropriately.

      Response headers indicate it's text/css (http://forums.atlassian.com/thread.jspa?messageID=257218645&#257218645). Shift-reload doesn't fix, nor does complete cache clear.
