Issue Summary
The OAuth 2.0 admin page is missing from Jira Admin -> System and from the "gg" menu.
Upgrading the Atlassian Authentication Plugin (SSO) has no effect
The problem does not exist in 8.20.17
This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)
Steps to Reproduce
- Install the affected version
- Jira Admin -> System, try to find OAuth 2.0
Expected Results
OAuth 2.0 page should be available
Actual Results
OAuth 2.0 is nowhere to be found.
Application Links screen remains as the older Oauth 1.0 style and cannot be used to configure Oauth 2.0
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
