When selecting a saved filter the dropdown only displays a limited number of results and the search box is a logical OR (instead of logical AND) leading to a large result set that gets truncated.  Newer filters can't be found unless they are saved using a unique string.

This issue was originally reported in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-32292 but was incorrectly closed as a duplicate of an unrelated JQL issue.
