System Dashboard: Text fails minimum color contrast requirement.

Issue Summary

On System Dashboard page, the text such as "Thursday", "Friday" and "2 days ago" etc fails minimum color contrast requirement of 4.5:1.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open "System Dashboard" page.
2. With CCA tool take colour contrast of mentioned text which is present in "Activity stream" section.

Actual Results

When checked with the colour contrast analyzer tool, the colour contrast for mentioned text fails minimum colour contrast requirements of 4.5:1.

The text such as "Thursday", "Friday" and "2 days ago" etc present in "Activity stream" section fails with its background colour with following details →

Foreground: #A0A0A0
Background: #FFFEFF
Contrast ratio: 2.6:1

Expected Results

On all pages, ensure that each text/background color combination presents a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 for small text and 3:1 for text that is at least 18 points or bold 14 points.

The mentioned text should have color contrast ratio of 4.5:1. This helps low vision users to perceive the text more effectively.

Workaround
