Dashboard: The show more activity link doesn't have an accessible name

Issue Summary

The link to expand and show more activity in the Activity gadget in the Dashboard has a missing label or link text.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In the Jira dashboard section, navigate to the Activity gadget.
2. Keeping the screen reader on, in the Activity gadget navigate to the expand link and the end of the gadget frame.
3. Try to interact and expand for the same.

Actual Results

The link to expand and show more activity in the Activity gadget in the Dashboard has a missing label or link text. Due to the missing label or link text, the assistive technology user finds it difficult to understand the purpose of the link.

Additionally, when the link is expanded, there is no indication of the available links.

Expected Results

Provide a visible link text such as "More activity", and ensure the link is announced appropriately to the screen reader user. 
Additionally, add the aria-expanded="true" attribute to ensure when the link is expanded, the screen reader is aware of the expanded section.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
