Select IssueTypeScheme page displays additional unexpected fields.

Issue Summary

When changing the project's IssueTypeScheme, some additional fields will be displayed which causes a confusion to the user.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the settings of any project.
2. Click on the Issue Type Scheme.
3. Click Actions -> Use a different scheme.

Expected Results

The page should display only two fields:

• Issue Type Scheme
• Issue Types for Scheme
  

  Actual Results

Additional unexpected fields will be displayed that should not be there:

• Project
• Issue Type Scheme
• Project
• Issue Type Scheme
• Issue Types for Scheme
  

• Note: Switching to one of the other options at the top (for example "Choose a scheme the same as an existing project") then back to "Choose an existing issue type scheme" will get rid of these unexpected fields and display the correct ones only.

Workaround

Switch to one of the other options at the top (for example "Choose a scheme the same as an existing project") then back to "Choose an existing issue type scheme" to display the correct fields.
