Need the ability to add multiple watchers to multiple Jira issues in Bulk Operation.  We often have many issues that need to have more than one watcher added.  Only having the ability to add yourself as a watcher to multiple cards makes for long admin type work when you have to go into EACH issue and add watchers.

Bulk Operation:  Watch Issues should be changed to Add Multiple Watchers with the ability to add multiple watchers to multiple issues
