Allow option for scrum backlog version order, Releases page, and Fix Version dropdown menu order to be a selectable option

In 8.17.1 and later versions of Jira, the Version order when viewing the scrum backlog versions tab matches the order selected in on the Releases page, but the version order is inverted for the Fix Version dropdown menu.

The order matched in 8.5.1 but changed between then and 8.17.1.

Please allow for the display of these lists to be optionally displayed in as either inverted or the same, per customer preference, instead of only allowing them to be determined by the system.
