As a Jira admin, I would like to upgrade the Jira Mobile plugin using an upgrade option

      Jira 8.13.9/Jira SM 4.13.9 is using the embedded version of the Jira Mobile Plugin, and this version does not offer support for Service management.

      We need to download the Mobile Plugin version from the marketplace and upload it, in order to replace the old version.

      UPM should allow users to easily upgrade the plugin without manually having to download and upload for installation.
