Improve the customer portal

Details

    • We collect Jira feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

    Description

      Our customer complaint about the new portal and it's true that we can improve this portal with the following change:

      • Having a button Create in the page with the list of incidents instead to have to come back to the Help Desk Page
      • Being able to select columns he would like to view. We don't need all columns but a list of columns which can be customized by the customer
      • Being able to create and save query on the available attributes
      • Being able to filter per product.
      • homepage with quick graph representation as we got in the past with SNC as described in REQ-64.xls
