Description
Our customer complaint about the new portal and it's true that we can improve this portal with the following change:
- Having a button Create in the page with the list of incidents instead to have to come back to the Help Desk Page
- Being able to select columns he would like to view. We don't need all columns but a list of columns which can be customized by the customer
- Being able to create and save query on the available attributes
- Being able to filter per product.
- homepage with quick graph representation as we got in the past with SNC as described in REQ-64.xls
