Allow mobile push notification to be filtered by projects

    • We collect Jira feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      Currently all users who has browse project permission gets push notification on their iOS/Android devices. For large instances this can create quite a bit of noise if we don't allow further filtering (apart of events) by project preferences as set up by the user.
