Make Jira buttons and other elements RFC 3986 compliant

    • We collect Jira feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      Some Jira buttons use characters that are not allowed by RFC. E.g. when moving an Issue, the "Next >>" Button isn't regarding to RFC, because the button has ">" signs in the parameter name (see Screenshot). One of the aspects in RFC is that no special signs like ">" are allowed in a parameter name.
