Currently, Accessibility improvements in Jira only mention Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 AA. There are companies in Europe that require external apps to comply with standards like EN 301 549 V2.1.2 (2018-08) and DIN EN ISO 9241-171 'Software Accessibility Guidelines'.
