While running long JQL the Jira UI is not rendering properly

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enter the longest JQL in under issues dropdown > search for issues and click on enter

Expected Results

The Jira UI should show the results with and the area where we enter JQL should expand but it's not rendering properly.

Actual Results

The page will not render properly and the output will not be displayed completely

Workaround

Adjusting the zoom level in the browser, as well as resizing the window, can partially allow for the results to be viewed, which can also be scrolled through.

Create another JQL filter which refers back to the long JQL filter in question, and utilize that filter whenever the JQL must be performed. (i.e. "filter = 12345"). Changes to the JQL can be performed directly on the original filter, which will be reflected in the new filter.
