As a Jira DC Administrator I want to be able to run scheduled tasks at specific nodes

      Problem Definition

In Jira datacenter when a task is scheduled it could be picked up by any node. So there is no task affinity to a specific node.

There are cases when a small Jira instance can handle all web traffic and only some tasks require more resources (due to heave processing required only for that execution).
That makes scaling of the environment hard, since it requires all nodes to be equal.

      Suggested Solution

Able to dedicate resource extensive tasks to a non-user facing node aka task affinity.

      Workaround

      None.
