Issue Summary

With Jira 8.2.4 the ~~JRASERVER-69388~~ is not affecting new data. However, the upgrade won’t fix the already existing problems.

Steps to Reproduce

Install Jira 8.2.3
Respoduce ~~JRASERVER-69388~~
Upgrade to latest Jira release

Expected Results

Problems introduced by ~~JRASERVER-69388~~ are gone

Actual Results

Problems introduced by ~~JRASERVER-69388~~ remain

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
